THE ADVOCATE MISSION PLAN

Make pastor aware of Phi Omega |
- Print pastor letter and give copy to pastor. Schedule a convenient time to discuss
Phi Omega with your pastor. Seek pastor's support to continue with the advocate
mission.

Assist pastor in getting an announcement in the church bulletin, website or both. |
- Media kit tools needed:
Church bulletin announcement, banner ad, verbal announcement

Request from person responsible for the church
bulletin to publish Phi Omega announcement in weekly bulletin for the period allowed
by pastoral staff. Request from person responsible for the church website to place
banner ad on church site with permission from pastoral staff - make a verbal announcement
during worship service/mass. Note: if uncomfortable with public speaking, delegate
task to youth minister, youth member, youth group leader or paster.

Assist youth workers to educate your high school group about Phi Omega |
- Media kit needed:
Youth group announcement
- Print off youth group announcement.
Meet with youth ministry staff to discuss Phi Omega. Discuss plans to educate youth
group about Phi Omega opportunity during a youth worship service.
